CREATE Traineeships are funded by the Victorian Government. We deliver dynamic and relevant workplace based traineeships in Business Administration, Retail Operations, Music Industry Technical Production, Hospitality Operations and Disability Work, and School based traineeships in General Construction, Business Administration and Hospitality Operations.
CREATE Traineeships are tailored to suit the needs of the employer and employee, being conducted and assessed in the workplace and classroom over a 12 to 18 month period. Employers can take advantage of the Financial Benefits of Australian Apprenticeships with around $ 4000 of Government incentives available for each trainee (eligibility assessed by an Australian Apprenticeship Centre).
CREATE Traineeships offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT). RPL assessment attracts a $250 Government funded rebate (conditions apply).
Making the Most of Your Training, CREATE Traineeships endorses the National Code of Good Practice.
Employing trainees is encouraged and supported by CREATE Traineeships. We comprehensively induct trainees and workplace supervisors into the traineeship program, providing all learning materials and setting training goals right from the start. We can assist with Safety Tips for Young Workers and a Training Checklist for Structured Workplace Learning.
A great career option for school students, part-time or full-time employees, CREATE trainees must be 15 years of age or older, employed by their current workplace for less than 12 months and no more than 3 months full-time. Each trainee requires a minimum 13 hours of employment per week, and must be either an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, an East Timorese asylum seeker, or a Temporary Protection Visa holder.
These CREATE Fees & Charges are levied prior to commencing a CREATE Traineeship:
