CREATE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for adult (any person no longer at secondary school) New Apprenticeships (Traineeships). Trainees are employed in the community and are being trained on-the-job in accredited vocational qualifications in a variety of fields. CREATE is currently the RTO for trainees in Business, Retail, Music, Aged Care and Disability work. Employers are offered government subsidies through the Apprenticeship/Traineeship Training Program to support training.

School-based apprenticeships are programs for young people who are still at school and are undertaking vocational or pre-vocational training while gaining experience with a host employer. For this program, CREATE is the RTO, but may also be the employer and/or host employer for some ASbA participants. There are currently more than 100 ASbA participants in CREATE’s programs including Automotive Vehicle Servicing, Building and Construction, Business, Hospitality and Retail.
The Priority Education and Training Program (PETP) is a Victorian Government initiative aiming to deliver training and assessment in skills and regions that have been identified as industry and/or Victorian Government priorities. PETP aims to deliver training for the development of skills and knowledge to enable participation in the workforce.
CREATE has been funded to deliver training in the area of Building and Construction towards a qualification in 21844VIC Certificate II in Building and Construction (Bricklaying, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating - Preapprenticeship)
