CREATE Community consists of a number of different program areas as detailed below and often involves collaboration with other CREATE departments.

Material Aid is a program which makes it possible for people who hold a Health Care Card to select furniture and other household goods from our facility at Rodney Road.
The Create at Work enterprise encompasses many of the programs run from our Rodney Road premises, including Contract Works.
Contract works are undertaken: at locations determined by the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the City of Greater Geelong. The works performed include fencing, concreting, bathroom renovations, the installation of ramps, fencing, seats and barriers.
In partnership with the Neighbourhood Renewal Project, CREATE employs an Employment and Learning Coordinator whose main role is to improve employment and learning outcomes for residents in the Norlane and Corio Neighbourhood Renewal area using a number of different strategies.
A large part of the services which CREATE Community offer are underpinned by the concept of Neighbourhood Renewal. Neighbourhood Renewal is a long-term commitment by the State Government to narrow the gap between disadvantaged communities and the rest of the State.
