CREATE at Work is CREATE's community enterprise project that incorporates a number of 'community focused' programs.
Contract Works
CREATE at Work Contract Works is a competitive community enterprise specialising in outdoor works, primarily for the Office of Housing. Contract Works seeks to employ people living in Office of Housing homes, providing a pathway to employment and further education through on the job and accredited training. Contract Works enhances the amenities of Geelong's Northern Suburbs with such works as concreting, fencing, gardening and maintenance.

Material Aid
Material Aid is a centralised emergency relief supply organisation independent of all other welware groups or organisations in Geelong. Material Aid provides household goods, furniture, bedding, clothing, kitchenware etc. to people across the greater Geelong region from public donations. Through United Way, agencies such as women's refuges and community health services, are provided with vouchers that can be exchanged at Material Aid to help them meet their clients needs.
Material Aid helps to provide necessary household items to 100's of individuals and families every year and is a major centralised collection and distribution point for emergency aid in Geelong.
