Salary Sacrifice

CREATE is deemed to be a benevolent institution by the tax office. This entitles CREATE to provide a salary sacrifice package as a means of reducing tax payable. As a result of this a staff member can request CREATE to pay part of their wages towards expenses, such as a mortgage or visa card. This amount is a pre-tax deduction which results in a higher net payment each fortnight.

Education Support Officer - Casual (Wyndham)

Duties:

Assist training staff in class and other activiteis as requested;
Assist in the collection and maintainence of student documentation.
Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of individual students’ participation and progress
Be an active team member of the Youth department and attend relevant meetings as directed.
